Fulltime Physical Therapist Jobs description

A fulltime therapist job opening covers the number of hours an applicant would normally expect to work in a day; in the US a full time work week is normally between 32-40 hours. A fulltime therapist evaluates plans and administers therapy treatment to patients to alleviate pain, restore motor functions, and prevent disability due to illness or injury.
Fulltime therapists help patients to reach their maximum possible functional level, while boosting the patient’s dignity and sense of well being.

It is the responsibility of a fulltime therapist to plan and administer therapies using tools like exercise, weights, electricity, heat, water, etc. Coordinating with other healthcare professionals, recording and reporting the patient’s progress and educating and guiding a patient’s family are also part of a fulltime therapist’s job.

A fulltime therapy job applicant must possess a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy from an accredited college. A fulltime job applicant must also hold all necessary certificates and licenses. Other prerequisites include excellent physical fitness to work long hours, empathy, effective communication skills, patience, and ability to work in a team.
