Registered Nurse Jobs description
A registered nurse position may be available with a hospital, medical center, public health center, or a physical fitness center. A registered nurse is responsible for taking patient history, preparing exam rooms, keeping exam rooms filled, assisting physician in the physical exams and surgeries, provide patient education, keep info current and orderly, following up care on patients, maintaining clean safe, well stocked exam rooms for patient care, filing charts, scheduling return appointments, ensuring a professional behavior yet friendly treatment to the patients and their families, and performing other tasks assigned by the supervisor. A registered nurse typically reports to the physician or a medical officer.A registered nurse should have a registered nurse certification. Prior experience as a registered nurse assistant or registered nurse is advantageous. Excellent academic credentials are required.
